A Better Hope For Youth is looking for people who share an interest in our vision and want to help facilitate positive change in the lives of children, youth, and families. Full- and part-time positions and internships are available for students, recent grads, and experienced professionals looking to build and enhance their careers in child welfare and social services fields.

General Positions:
RNs - Updated licenses
​
​
Master-level Social Workers - Must be a Qualified Professional at a MA level with one year or BA level with 2 years of full-time, post-graduate accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served (Child/Adolescent)
​
​
Therapists - Masters level or above in Mental Health field and appropriate North Carolina Licensure necessary for autonomous practice and Medicaid billing of outpatient psychotherapy.
​
​
Caseworkers and House Managers - Bachelor's degree requirements - must have a minimum of one (1) year documented clinical mental health work experience with a population (at-risk children and families).
​
​
Residential Counselors - High School Diploma or equivalent. At least two years of experience with MH/DD Population desired.
